Many children face challenges both inside and outside the classroom. Through a school-based coordinator, Communities In Schools strategically aligns and delivers needed resources so that students can focus on learning.

Ms. Ross joined Communities in Schools in September 2009. Ms. Ross earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Tech University where she majored in Human Development and Family Studies. Ms. Ross enjoys working with children, adolescents, and older tennagers in all aspects. The most important factor to Ms. Ross that will improve a student's will to acheive is the development of a positive relationship with a caring adult/individual.
