Successful People & At-Risk Kids (S.P.A.R.K.) S.P.A.R.K. (Successful People & At-Risk Kids) participants will agree to share 20 to 30 minutes of their time on campus, engaging students in dialogue on how they can make positive changes in their lives and strive to be successful. To spark is "to emit little electrical currents or signals, or to emit little bursts of fire or light. You may be the "SPARK" that a child needs to change their life forever! ![]()
We feel this is a great opportunity to speak to our kids and let
them know that they too can achieve success by being respectful,
attending school and working hard!
February 9, 16 and 23 (all Thursdays) from 2:30pm to 3:30pm are
the dates that have been set aside to initiate this project. We
would love to have your commitment to partner up with Communities
In Schools on this project.
Contact Alex McAdoo at alex.mcadoo@cissouthplains.org or Mary Jo Johnson at maryjojohnson@cissouthplains.org if you would like to participate or sponsor this project.
