Annual Audits

Every year, Communities In Schools of the South Plains® measures the profit of our program through Audits. By tracking our funds, we can better understand where the organization’s money is spent. This report is integral to an audit performed per Government Auditing Standards and is not used to measure the success or effectiveness of Communities In Schools of the South Plains®. We are recognized by the Better Business Bureau’s Wise Giving Alliance, a rigorous evaluation process that fosters sound giving decisions and advances high standards among nonprofits. This, along with our second four-star rating from Charity Navigator, places us in the top tier of nonprofits for financial stewardship and operational transparency.
