Lead Student Success Across Campuses: ACE Program Director

Communities In Schools of the South Plains® is seeking an experienced ACE Program Director to provide leadership and oversight for our After School Centers on Education (ACE) program. The Mission

As the ACE Program Director, you provide strategic leadership for the ACE program across multiple campuses. You’ll coach and support Site Supervisors, ensure grant compliance, evaluate program effectiveness, and foster partnerships that help students achieve academic success and personal growth. Your leadership ensures every campus delivers a high-quality after-school experience that supports the Communities In Schools mission.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the Team: Provide effective leadership, supervision, coaching, and professional development for ACE Site Supervisors and program staff.
  • Ensure Program Excellence: Monitor implementation of the ACE program to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance with grant requirements and organizational standards.
  • Evaluate Success: Analyze program data, conduct internal evaluations, and monitor outcomes to measure student success and continuous improvement.
  • Support Campus Teams: Provide ongoing training, technical assistance, and guidance to campus staff to strengthen program delivery.
  • Build Partnerships: Collaborate with school districts, community organizations, and local partners to expand educational and enrichment opportunities.
  • Manage Compliance: Oversee reporting, documentation, budgeting, and program monitoring to meet all federal, state, and organizational requirements.
  • Champion Student Success: Promote innovative programming that supports academic achievement, attendance, student engagement, and family involvement.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Education, Human Services, Public Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in youth development, education, program management, or nonprofit leadership, including supervisory experience.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong organizational, communication, analytical, and team-building abilities with experience managing multiple projects and priorities.
  • The Essentials: Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, ability to pass a criminal background check, and a passion for helping students succeed.
